When are applications and payment due?

Applications and payment are due 15 days before the event. We encourage securing your spot via payment prior to the deadline as spots are limited.

Can I pay my vendor and rental fees in installments? How do I pay?

We only accept a one-time payment method. Payments can be made via cash or card at the Real Veggie Café, online payment at realveggiecafe.com will incur a surcharge.

Am I allowed to have sample products at my booth?

Yes – as long as it is the same item(s) that has been approved for sale at this festival.

Can I put up my own branded tent?

Yes – our set up crew will also ensure your tent is properly secure for everyone safety. Be sure to bring your own branded signage and banners to represent your brand in the best way possible!

Do vendors have access to event site infrastructure?

Yes - all vendors have access to water, washrooms and etc.

Can I share a booth or sell my friends item at mine?

No - we do not permit vendors to share booths.

Do I have to get my food, drink or merchandise items approved?

Yes - all items sold at the festival must be approved and documented by our vendor specialist. All items not approved are subject to recall.
